About Us
At Indivisuals, we create practical, visual learning resources designed to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Autism, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Our focus is simple:
to make everyday life skills clearer, calmer, and more achievable.
We understand that learning independence skills can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why our visual resources break down routines and expectations into clear, structured, and visual steps that support understanding, reduce anxiety, and build confidence over time.
Our story
Hi Everyone, founder of True To You Support and the Indivuals Hub!
As a support worker and a parent of a child with SEND and SEMH needs, I understand both the professional and personal challenges that families face every day.
Throughout my work supporting children and young people, I have seen how the right strategies, resources and encouragement can help build confidence, reduce anxiety and promote independence. At the same time, my own family's journey has given me first-hand experience of the realities that many parents face – navigating routines, managing emotional regulation, supporting communication and helping children thrive in a world that is not always designed with their needs in mind.
I created our Indivisuals hub because I wanted families, carers and professionals to have access to practical, affordable resources that genuinely make everyday life easier. Every resource has been designed with real-life challenges in mind, focusing on skills that help children and young people become more independent, confident and successful at home, in school and within their community.
Whether you're supporting a child with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs or other additional needs, my aim is to provide resources that are clear, engaging and easy to use, while helping to reduce stress for both children and the adults supporting them.
We are built on understanding, experience and a belief that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential in a way that works for them.
